Super cats
Domestic pets or wildlife killers?
Super cats are a new type of cat made from crossing a normal pussy and a type of wild cat called a serval cat. These cats are huge! Since the serval cat is a natural hunter and so are normal cats, the new super cats are well…. super. They are amazingly flexible, fast and smart let one of theses loose and there’s danger to all small animals that it gets near if it’s hungry that is. But owners say there great pets and you can even put them on a lead like a dog. But I doubt we will get one unless we move to the USA because Australia’s government is going to ban it to save the wild life.

Strikes- Fair pay or Loan day
Strikes are being used more and more often these days, strikes are when lots of workers quit their job so that they can get what they want e.g. More money, better shifts etc. But if your thinking of going on strike, you might want to have a few friends who want to do the same. Because its easy to replace one person.

Strikes are lead by a person from a group called the union. Strikes in them selves are perfectly legal but they do have to follow certian rules, otherwise they become illegal acts that break these rules are things like e.g. Going on private property etc.

Some people think that strikes are being used to get unfair pay. I think that strikes should be used if its fair of course.

Mulesing

“What is mulesing?’ Mulesing is when people cut the skin of a sheep’s backside and then let it grow over into a flat smooth patch. ‘Won’t that hurt the sheep?” Unfortunately yes but it’s to protect them from something worse. “What is this danger?” The danger comes from a type of fly called an Australian sheep blowfly. “What does it do?” Read the rest of this entry »

Kangeroo Culling Think about your favourite animal andthere were about 1000 of them one your imaganery 50 acre farm and they were all over it would you kill them of or transfer them to a nice location where there will be plenty of food for them and it will protect them from harm and any way wouldnt they breed back and then you will have to kill them again and again so i think relocating is eaiser and quicker.

Wilsons Prom Yr6 Camp. At around 9:00 to 9:30 AM Yr 6 A, B, C and D left to Wilsons Prom. Once on the bus Dan and I played cards and then Wade joined. We kept on playing for about another five minutes but then the road became far to bumpy to play so we gave up. I started to read my book and Dan chatted with people for awhile then he joined other kids in                                                                                                                                                                                   asking, Read the rest of this entry »
